Loving Yourself

Are you asking your higher self for the loving action and not receiving answers?

Ernie was having trouble accessing his higher self. He wanted to know about the loving action toward himself, but he couldn’t seem to receive any answers. Because his inner child often felt abandoned and unloved due to the lack of loving action, Ernie often felt disconnected and depressed.

In one of our sessions, I asked Ernie to open to seeing his core Self, his essence, his natural Inner child. I asked him to open to seeing his essence through the loving eyes of his spiritual Guidance. “What do you see when you look at yourself through loving eyes?” I asked. Learning to Love Your Sacred Being

Do you know who you are in your essence? If you knew that your core Self, your essence, was a sacred being, an individualized expression of Spirit, would you treat yourself differently than you currently do?

There is a wonderful story about a king who went into a downtrodden village, a village with no schools, no libraries and no joy. He told the people of the village that he had just replaced one of their newborn babies with a royal child. He said that he was going to come back at some point to see how they were raising this royal child, and warned them that they had better do a good job. Since no one knew who the royal child was, each parent said to themselves, “Maybe it’s my child. I’d better be very loving with this child so the king will be happy.” Continue reading Learning to Love Your Sacred Being

The Circle of Love: The Highest Experience in Life

A circle of love is the result of people being together with open hearts, and is the most wonderful experience in life.

Have you ever experienced a circle of love?

A circle of love occurs when two or more people are together with completely open hearts – open with their essence, with each other and with Spirit. When we are deeply connected with our core self and with the love and sustenance of Spirit, and we are sharing our love with others – and they are doing the same – a circle of love occurs. A circle of love is the highest, most joyous experience in life.

Yet most people in relationships rarely, if ever, experience a circle of love. This is because when the intent is to protect against pain rather than to learn about love, the heart is closed to feelings, as well as to others and to Spirit. Do You Have The Courage to Learn About Yourself?

Are you afraid to go deeper into personal growth and learning? Discover why this might be so and what you can do about it.

I’d had three phone sessions with Anika when I decided it was time to approach her about her intent. In my experience, she believed she was open to learning, but was completely closed to learning about herself. We were getting stuck because when I would reflect something to her about herself, she would get defensive, obviously feeling attacked by me. Others Treat Us The Way We Treat Ourselves

“Everybody is like a magnet. You attract to yourself reflections of that which you are. If you’re friendly, then everybody else seems to be friendly too.” –Dr. David Hawkins, Physician and Lecturer

Have you ever noticed how true this is?

I would change it a bit and say that we attract to ourselves what we choose to be in any given moment.

What we intrinsically are, is our true essence, which is a spark of the Divine – unconditional love. But since we don’t always attract unconditional love to us, others are generally reflecting who we’ve chosen to be. Continue reading Others Treat Us The Way We Treat Ourselves
